Refund policy

At SparklesnDreams, we take pride in offering carefully authenticated, high-quality pre-owned luxury handbags. We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is as follows:

RETURN:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Important note: All sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with all original tags, accessories, and authentication documents included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will void the return eligibility.

RETURN METHOD:

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire. Note that we do not offer cash refunds.

To start a return, you can contact us at sparklesndreams4ever@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Note: Because all of our handbags are authentic, pre-owned luxury items, variations in condition and signs of previous ownership are expected and disclosed in our product descriptions. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
